It depends. Do they have an actual infestation right now, or are you just trying to prevent it? During infestation, I treat them once a week, and preventatives shouldn't be more than once a month or so. It's safe for adults, and fairly safe for pups and pregnant moms, but I wouldn't want to use it constantly. Just like antibiotics, mite sprays work best when we don't overuse them. Big smile

I do a 4:1, so that I get a 1mg/ml solution out of the 5mg/ml solution Big smile. I don't use permethrin, though, so I can't help there. Big smile
