Three new litters.
I am reluctant to post this without pictures but I am way too excited to sit on it for another day.
We have three litters!
After almost 6 months with none.
We moved and the mice had to adjust I suppose, but I was getting worried that my youngest mice
were becoming elderly. And without any new babies...-shrug-
It was really frustrating.
I decided to my youngest doe with my most experienced buck.
So it wound up being a brindle paired with the black import guy.
Another black doe and a black tan pair also successfully bred.
The black tan had ten. All but two are dark.
The brindle had two.
and the black doe had two also.
Let me just say, the brindle's babies, are GARGANTUAN.
The male is as big as my pinky finger at just 4 days old.
Except fatter.
My fiance doesn't know what to do with me.
I've been bouncing around the house ever since hearing the first peeps.
He told me to take it to the boards because he couldn't take it anymore.
Apparently you can be too happy, I dunno.
Anyway, so there that is.
I'm in the middle of cleaning right now, so I seem to have lost my camera somewhere in the chaos.
I'll post pictures tomorrow when I get everything finished up.
Wish me luck. -crosses fingers-

Re: Three new litters.
Oh, wow! That's great news! I can't wait to see the pix of the gargantuan baby brindles!
Re: Three new litters.
I think they are self blacks actually. Which would be a little strange.
Not unheard of, but strange.
These are from yesterday though. :3

Re: Three new litters.
I'll post more in a few days :3
The tan litter had two PE pale babies.
Silvers!
They are silver tans.
It makes sense, since I crossed the male to a few of my
blue tans that needed improvement, but were pretty consistent.
I just didn't expect them to have PE and line up like that twice with no blue tans at all.
