My mama mouse and her 10 babies are starting to have really oily coat. I was reading that dog food can do this but they also have pumpkin seeds and oats.

Should not put as much dog food in or something?

Are you mixing your own? If so, what's your mix? And how much dog food are you using?

Dog food and pumpkin seeds are both really oily. You might want to use mostly grains: half oats, a quarter wheat, a quarter barley (for example), with only a little pumpkin seed and dog chow, maybe 5-10% tops.
