Location option?

Idk about anyone else, but i'd really like a location option in the memberlist/search thing. Also, a list option like "last login date" would be great! Specifically for people like me who wants to see who's closest and pm who's ever still on the forum about aquiring future mice...

I personally do not know if you would get the results you are looking for. I have noticed that lots of members do not post their location on their profile. They prefer to leave that out. I think It would be best and you would get better results if you post in the wanted section and asking if someone is located in your area.

Yes, that's the most effective way to hook up with someone. People who want to rehome mice are always looking for posts like that.

Isn't there a thingy at the bottom of the home page which lists the names of the members currently online?

You can also go to the member profile of whatever breeder you are interested in and go to the list of that member's posts which will probably tell you how recent the last post was. That info may also be in the member's profile.

There is a location option in your profile, you just have to fill it out.

If you go into a peron's profile, and click 'statistics' it shows their last post, and their last visit date.

"Deal with it." Wow, I thought that I was giving a decent suggestion, but I see that my idea was ill received.

I'm not looking for mice at this time, I just wanted to search users in the surrounding states to see if they had specialties that I'd be interested in, and I figured that if one person would find that useful, maybe others would too.

I doubt she ment it that way, if you look, all the smilies have names and sometimes, they are not what thy shouuld be called.

As far as I see, both options ca be listed IF the member wants to list where they are located. Some are more protective of the info they put it. So it's a personal choice that I think should be kept that way.

Aw, I'm sorry too, the page didn't load them and so I got the text line instead! I was wondering why you were so "mean" all of a sudden, I should have figured it wasn't like you and not been so sensitive. Blah.

I didn't mean they need to fill their area's in, just that if they do that there was an easy sorting option instead of clicking on everyone's name one by one to see if they listed it. Thanks for the tip about statistics, I didn't know that you could check the login date that way!

I've got finals in a couple weeks an a massive bird test with 117 species that I'm pulling an all nighter on. A little stressd, lol, I shouldn't be bopping around her right now anyway in my fragile and emotional state.
