Most of My non-mouse gang
Hey y'all, wanted to show off my non-mouse babies.
Here, is my pride and joy, Dixie, a Treeing Walker Coonhound. She turned 2yrs old in September of last year.
Next is my American Foxhound Daisy Mey. She turned 10 in August last year. She's a good old girl.
They balance each other out well. Sweet and old, with crazy and bold. Both are loyal, and so precious to me. and heaven help anyone who comes near me looking too 'threatening'...
Next We have my two current turtles.
This is The General. He had been run over by a car, but he is healed now, and has a safe home full of blackberries and reptile sticks.
This is SSolo, my African Sideneck. He has a fixed stare and a 'smile' to match. I'll admit, the first few weeks, i was a tad unnerving, but now he's just the one I can count on to have a smile for me. :]
(If you want, I can get a better picture later on. He was being naughty and didn't want to cooperate this evening.)
Rats!
I raise rats, but I won't bombard you with the billions of pictures I take.
This is Gabe, and the one who started it all. My ♥Rat I lost him late last year
This is Bandit, the father of my most recent litter. (Dec. 1st)
Afore mentioned litter:
Note my double rex hairless (WAAAAHHH! *hugs them all*)
Here's the momma of that litter when she was no more than a pup herself. She's the last daughter of Gabe's to be born, and has QUITE an attitude. A sweet one, but she know's she's special. Maybe all those yogies went to her head.. >_>
Voina:
This is Russia, Gabe's mate, and mother of Voina.
I have tons of pictures of them, and other rats, but I'll leave it at that for now.
Fish! I also raise certain strains of guppies, and did make an effort to take a few shots, but none were worth mention. I also have a black moore (bubble eyed gold fish) named Travis.

Re: Most of My non-mouse gang
I love your walker hound!
I found a starving, nearly dead lemon walker on the road once. We named him Dog. I think he was a hunting dog, he didn't really -get- the normal cues from people. 'NO' meant nothing to him.
I don't think I have the photos of him any more, but man, he gained like 10lbs in like 2 days. He was the skinniest I have ever seen a dog before.
I popped him on freecycle after he gained some weight, and found a home with kids for him, so they could run down his energy.
