There are longhairs in the US, though I don't know of anyone breeding longhair agoutis, and if they did, they certainly wouldn't have the white underfur that thaspus has.

Wow! Those long-haired agoutis are simply majestic! Thanks for the pix, thapsus- they encourage me to continue working on my sadly underdeveloped long-hair coats.

Thank You all. Agouti boys will participate a show 30.6. Hopefully they will do well. Might not have long enough hair though. Abandoned Mine did well in her first show, she won her class. In few days she will have her first litter.

I just adopted some long hair mice to Kawmice, they are himi's the ones I had posted on here before, she plans on breeding them in the future she said
