Mom is a Pied Black Texel and dad is is Black Merle Rex. I wasn't breeding for Ae, but, alas, I tend to be the headquarters of all weird recessives, lol.

In addition to the boys, I also have a 1 Satin PEW/Possible TH carrier and 3 PEW/Possible TH carriers. Both parents are PEW/PROVEN TH Carriers. No pics available at this time, but can be taken upon request.

There are multiple breeders near me wanting Ae, but none want bucks, which sucks. I hate to cull the boys knowing that there are so many people out there who would love to get their hands on some Extreme Black mice, which is why I'm posting them here, in hopes that I won't have to cull such precious little meecers.

If the meetup weren't so far from me I'd go myself, but between work and the fact that I give away 90% of my mice(and yet insist upon buying/making them all new cages and buying them goodies...) I think it would be a bitch much to ask hubs to let me go to the meetup as well. :/

There are alot of OH breeders now, both on and off the forums. Maybe we should all get together and do a meetup of our own!

Hiya there, I'm the one interested in black mice, mostly for my banded line. What all do they each carry besides the ae and the TH?

They don't carry any TH. The TH carriers are from a different litter.

They carry Pied, Angora, Merle, and Satin for-sure. Colorwise I've gotten Blue(with a different male) and Mock Chocolate/Coffee(unsure which...) from the mom. The dad has produced only Black and Mock Chocolate/Coffee babies.

When paired with a Tri-Color, the mom produce Tris, so she does carry a c-dilute, which would mean the babies have a 50/50 chance of carrying c-dilute as well.

The Pieds from this line do tend to have banded markings(in addition to other pied markings), so with selective they might be a good addition to your line. If you want me to I can dig up pics of some of her past babies.

... I really want to say yes, but I was advised when I started with bandeds to avoid mixing pied in at all. So I'm going to have to say no, but it's killing me to say it. D :
