Oooh!! Nicole, I would LOVE it if you could send some mice this way when this transport happens. I'm looking for a red buck and does, chocolate buck and does, and extreme black- I would defn take an agouti as well if you've got extras!

And if you have an extra hairless rat buck laying around at that point, feel free to send him my way as well Wink I know you're getting out of rats though.

Since the ones I listed are coming to me and the others would be going toward MI/OH, we'll have to figure out (once we know what everyone has available and what is going where) how to coordinate everything.

I think we can have somebody meet you in West Chester, PA at some point when it gets closer to the date to pick up any mice you'd be willing to send out. When are you typically in West Chester?

Oh, yeah. I'll probably have some dominant reds being born shortly.

When am I in West Chester? Well, since my parents died, not on any predictable schedule any more. It looks like my father's memorial service will be the weekend of August 4-5, and most of my present and upcoming six litters ought to be weaned by then.

I hope not to stop going to West Chester because...it's home, and I have old friends there.

Once everything gets closer I'll try and get you a list of what all I have available. Wink I'm going to limit the number of Reds I adopt out to each person so that there are enough to spread around. As of right now I lost my first 2 litters(only 1 Agouti doe survived and she's being fostered by a different mom) and the 3rd litter I kept 9 babies from and there was only 1 nice Red buck and what looks to be a sooty Red buck and doe, the rest are Agouti. Poo! I got a beautiful Chocolate doe from Beth who will be going with the Red buck soon(along with a couple other girls), so hopefully I'll have more Reds by September!

As for the rats, my doe decided that she wanted to spring another litter on me, so, unfortunately, I probably WILL have a hairless buck available in September. Ugh!

For anyone interested, I will also, hopefully, have some Merles(standard and Pied) available by September as well. Wink I also breed Hairless, among other things. I tend to like alot of different varieties, lol.

Lol, I guess so! tongue I wish the little stinker would have just popped out one little hairless buck for you though instead of 12! *sigh*

Anyone else going to be interested in rats? They're pedigreed. Half of them have curly whiskers, so they could be Rex or Hairless. The other half are going to be standard coated. Looks like mostly Siamese and Black(hooded and Berk).

I would be interrested in a black hooded or berk rat. Preferably a doe, but a buck would be just as fine. :-)

Nicole can you PM me with your location? We have to work out how to get mice/rats from you to the person transporting to PA.

Kawmice, when we end up doing the transport if you want a rat or two from Nicole I'm sure I could drop them off on my way back to CT Happy

I have also updated the list to include info from everyone! Thank you guys SO much. If anyone else wants to get involved in the transport feel free.

Kawmice- I'm out if town at the moment, but by the time I get back the ratters should be getting fuzzy and I'll be able to put together a list of exactly what there is. If there's a Berk doe I'll let you know. Wink

Does anyone have any interest in BEW/Ivory show-type does? I have them pop up more then I'd like. I usually cull them, but if anyone wants any, let me know and I'll hold onto a few.

Okee doke. I'll hold onto some and keep the best one for you. Wink They tend to get better size and overall type then my other colors, but I just have no need for them in my breeding programs.

Ok I REALLY need to start planning myself for this!! lol

Anyway.... I wanted to cross post this but could not find the post on ML. Was this crossposted on ML or FMB?

Anyway...... I have these guys available from my current litters so far. I am going to be pairing mice for this transport any day and I do have a few requests. These guys are just extra pups I will not be needing for my breeding purposes and thought I'd ask if anyone wanted them before I consider culling.

So far I have available:

Black Banded Buck - Pretty good Band, type could use work.
1-2 Blue Self Bucks - should be really good type
Possibly a Blue Broken Satin Buck and a Black Broken Satin Buck - nice markings
Possible may be giving up a really cute Black Rex Buck. I think he was a fox, I have to double check
and then I will have 2 black broken Bucks and a Doe

I MAY have some ASF Bucks available as well, but I will not know how many for sure until they are born, which should be any day. I probably will not have any does due to a few previous requests. But I may.
