So I recently got two extreme black girls. It's been almost three weeks come Sunday and they still have no names Happy I've been calling them "the Aunties" LOL.

So I've been looking up some names, mostly goddess names of things like night, darkness, and the moon. Now I've got a few I like but I cant choose. Here's my list:

Kauket - Egyptian Goddess of Dark Chaos
Hecate - Greek Goddess of the Underworld, witchcraft, and Black Magic
Cerridwen - Celtic Goddess of the Moon, dark prophecy, and the Underworld

Selene - Greek Goddess of the Moon
Pandia - Greek Goddess of the Full-Moon; Daughter of Selene
Nanna - Sumerian Goddess of the Moon

Nyx - Greek Goddess of night
Nott - Norse Goddess of night
Nox - Roman Goddess of night
Ratri - Hindu Goddess of night

So... whats everyone's opinions? Likes? Dislikes?

P.S. I have to get around to taking pictures of them to share with everyone Wink Coming Soon!

I like Nox & Nyx. I think that would be fitting for two that look the same Happy

Thanks for the input! I've chosen Selene. Pronounced SAH-LEEN-NEE. I just need to decide on the second.

I'll eventually use all the names at some point. Anyone else have a favorite?

Nanna is cute! Can you tell them apart? I had two dark chocolate brown sisters who were hard to tell apart sometimes (if you don't take into account their very different personalities), but Griz had a little scar on the tip of her tail that was useful in telling one from the other.

Yes I had the worst time trying to figure out a way to see the differences in them, one of the girls has a very tiny nick in her ear and its about the only thing I have to tell them apart.

Look at their toes too. One had a single clear toenail lol.

I love those name choices, so cool. xD
I've named all of mine after celestial bodies. Star types, galaxies and such.

I noticed that too! Except I'm pretty sure they both have almost identical white toes. They need to sit still long enough for me to look at those tiny toes! They are super active when they are out to play Happy
