You know, the black washers that fit inside the cap and sipper tube assembly? I've heard, "Any hardware store," but I've been to three, and a male friend has tried, and we can't find them! 1) What is the name for this object? 2) What department of a hardware store would it be in?
You should find something similar in the plumbing section or nut/bolt section. I would think washer or gasket would be what you refer to them as.....

I have also used electrical tape on the twist rings on the bottle when my washers went missing. They work well to fix water bottle links.
I need some rubber gaskets for bottles too. Maybe there's a 'gaskets r' us' or something online?

I think my hubby got some extra's at Home Depot, but I will say it took a few trips to find them. By then the bottles where leaking and I just got new ones! LOL

Our Home Depot doesn't have them! They have five whole drawers of gaskets of different sizes, and none of this size! Rhasputin, if you find them, let me know where...or buy me ten or twenty and send them to me via Becky at RF?
THANK YOU, STINA! Wow zee woo! Ten cents apiece! Yay!
