I was wondering how you package mice for shipping? I have a post office that will ship but I don't know how to package

if you can tell me al you know that would be awesome!!

You can only ship mice via planes. Never through the mail, I'm afraid.

Yeah, you must ship mice through airline. Mammals aren't allowed to be shipped through the mail. Just reptiles and birds.

The new shipping rate for rodents is $75.00 (plus taxes and fees) for crates 9lbs or less through United Airlines Pet Safe Program.

It's not bad considering over-night shipping through USPS could be as high as $60.00 at times, or more.

It's fairly easy to do.

Really, all you do is add bedding, and give them some food items that are water logged or high in water.  I soak celery and cucumber in water and then give that to them.  Pack them up right before the shipment and you're good to go. Drop off at the airport 1-2 hours ahead of time and they'll be on their way.

Most shipments have to be booked at least 24 hours ahead of time, except delta dash, which I think can be done same day? But I'd still book ahead
