Buttercup & Midnight
My son and I got Buttercup & Midnight from Mrs. Beach the end of January and I wanted to share some pictures! Both are so sweet! We have 18 mice all together, but I wanted to post these first since I took them so Mrs. Beach would know how they were doing
Buttercup...
Her face is PRICELESS in this one! LOL
And here is Midnight, she's the smaller mouse we have, but I swear she acts like she's the BIGGEST! lol
She likes to sleep in some really weird spots! LOL

FanTAStic photos! Lol at the sleeping pix! Love sleeping pix! Folks, Buttercup is one of Queen Victoria's babies (Gypsy, there's c^h in QV! Sunbather also has points!). Midnight was from a pregnant pet shop mouse who was staying with me at the time. I tamed and trained her and fortunately found a home for her with LittleSniffs' son who really wanted a black mouse.

Thanks everyone.
And to Mrs. Beach for the awesome mice :-) Midnight is doing really well with the training. Logan's thinking of a 3rd command to teach her now he said!

I am very impressed with Logan and his understanding of animal behavior and his patience and dedication in further training Midnight.

We are too. I knew he liked them a lot since he asked for a mouse for a couple years before we got one for him. But he's really been hands on with them.
We donated one of the boy mice from the rescue that had a litter to the school, they started a animal care group (I forget the real name), where the science teacher is teaching the kids different things about the animals and how to take care of them. They meet once a week for a hour. Logan's became the mouse guy! Some of the teachers even call him the mouse man! LOL
We have a topless cage that we use for 'play time'. It's a smaller tank then the other's. He has our other mice trained to 'get in the box'. he is now working on 'get in the tube' LOL I will have to take video for you!

Is buttercup Splashed? You don't need to have c^h for points. c^ch can also give the appearance of points, especially in Splahed mice. It's that big word that starts with an "a"! And my ce/ce almost always have reverse points as well.
Buttercup looks like a super squishy love mouse!

I'll leave the technical stuff to Mrs. Beach :-)
Buttercup is very loveable. We have 3 tanks of girls but she's by far my favorite girl of the bunch. She's real calm and loves to be held. My favorite guy mouse is just the oppisite, swear he has adhd! LOL

Buttercup is (from memory) a/a c^e/c^h S/s Spl/*. She is one of GYPT Queen Victoria's babies by WNT Ivory Boy, thus under contract and not for breeding. "Just" a wonderful, big, healthy pet!
