I had some mouse questions and this forum seems really friendly so I joined up!

I have 7 adult mice and I'm getting into breeding as a hobby. I used to breed a little way back when but I'm getting back into it now. I didn't know very much then! I am much better now but color genetics still give me a headache which is what I'm hoping to get some help on!

I only have pet store mice to work with but they're not terrible quality, so I want to improve the type and temperment.

Let me recommend INTRODUCTORY MOUSE GENETICS by Elise Oppenheim, available at www.lulu.com. It's how I learned! Color photos of mice, color chart, GOOD explanations. Written clearly, not a lot of gobbledygook.
