I placed my rex hairless carrier buck with his hairless daughter... and was surprised with some cute texels. One of which is now going bald, yay Presenting Struwwelpeter, the texel hairless. What I wouldn't give for her to stay this way forever!

Mrs. Beach: Der Struwwelpeter is a German children's book. (I lived in Germany as a small child and studied the language in high school). The title translates to "Slovenly Peter" or "Shock-headed Peter". Struwwelpeter is always depicted as having long, messy, crazy hair which this mouse reminded me of Happy

I lived in Germany as a small child myself! On an airforce base where my father was stationed.

Candycorn, Tinyharts: what bases were your families stationed at? Mine was at Stuttgart. I was born in Bad-Cannstadt.

I was at Ramstein Air Base. Not far from you at all. It was the late 70s/early 80s. We did 3 years there...unfortunatly for me it was nearly my first 3 years so I only remember bits and peices. Such a shame.
